Another week draws to a close, and it's another week closer to being summer. This past week has been so sunny and mild that it doesn't seem long before I can banish tights to the back of my wardrobe, eat all my meals al fresco, and hit up the peach iced lemonade at Costa. So, before I disappear with a book into the garden, here's a few things which have made my week.
Lighter Evenings
I love it when it gets lighter in an evening; somehow it feels like there's more hours in the day. A big plus to the lighter evenings is being able to take photographs in an evening, and not having to plan blog photographs a few days in advance! It's also nice to wake up to light in the morning, and not feeling like it's the middle of the night!
Catching Up With TV
So, I've finally watched Broadchurch. Although I'm a few
Afternoon Walks
There's nothing like a walk in the countryside to help you get away from it all. Just add some good company, a picnic, and a camera, and it's my perfect way to spend an afternoon!
Local Music
On Friday evening, I headed out to a local pub for a night of live music, with little or no expectations of what was going to follow. This actually made it all the better, and it was an evening well spent - a personal highlight being an acoustic rap about cheese (yes, cheese!).

-Too scared to try anything from Primark's range of make-up? Me too. However, someone a lot braver than me has tested all that Primark has to offer, and written extensive reviews of it all. Give that lady a medal!
-I'm currently obsessed with this single from Brandon Flowers. It's the only thing I need to listen to when I'm going for a run!
-Japan is high up on my wanderlust list, so naturally I'm loving all of Cat's posts about her recent trip to Japan. Her shopping guide is a must read if you're heading there in the near future.
I hope you've all had a lovely weekend!
The new single of Brandon Flowers is amazing!

I think it's pretty much all I've been listening to for the past month Giulia!
DeleteI get what you mean by it seems like lighter evenings = more hours in the day! I love being able to come home when the sun hasn't set yet, and I love that it's already bright and sunny when I wake up in the morning. I'd love to go to Japan one day as well, it's so beautiful there from what I've seen in pictures.
