Yesterday, I made some homemade fudge using this recipe from the BBC website (check it out - there are a lot of amazing recipes for pretty much anything!).
Until you've tried homemade fudge, you haven't lived. After I tried some from a shop that specialised in various different flavoured fudges, I was craving some. And nothing from the supermarkets lived up.
So after looking at several recipes, I decided to try this Sophie Dahl one (it was the only vegetarian one I could find). It is delicious! I've been using this recipe for about a year now, and nothing beats it.
It makes a lot of fudge, which get eaten far too quickly! This would be a great thing to do for Christmas or Birthday gifts - wrap some in tissue paper and put in a pretty vintage tin.
Any recipes for homemade fudge you recommend?
